Minor updates in SBIC 8.3

- Added the on-hand stock information for an item when adding it to an invoice (via the Invoice Line Item box).
- Added barcode reader integration into the Adjust Stock Level command
- Added option on Receive Order box to allow you to print item labels for the received items
- Sotware now remembers Quick List filter selections between sessions
- Added more columns for items, invoices and purchase orders to be available for Quick List filters
- Added a new command specifically for viewing previously received orders
- Fixed issue with Serial Number Manager not displaying the User 2 field correctly
- Fixed issue with Receive Order dialog box not allowing you to easily view or print the receive report
- Fixed issue with assembling/disassembling items not reflecting the changes in the Quick Lists until after a refresh.
- Changed the sorting behavior in the Quick Lists for text beginning with numbers (such as numeric sku's). It will now sort based on the numeric value of the number before sorting on the alpha-portion of the text. This gives the more expected results.

What's New in SBIC 7.0
- Small Business Inventory Control now supports being run from a server. Previously, SBIC had to be installed on each separate workstation. In multi-user environments, running from a server can ease upgrade deployment as well as report maintenance.
- Added the ability to print Code 39 barcode labels (Professional Version Only)

- Menus have been streamlined for more direct navigation. It is now much easier to locate commands based on the new menu names and locations.Added a new mechanism for all search screens. It has a consistent look and offers searching based on multiple criteria as well as wildcard searching. This capability has been added when searching for Customers, Items, Vendors, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
- You can now act on any type of information regardless of which listing screen is active. For example, if you are currently viewing customers, you can choose the Modify Item command and search for the item to modify.
- A new License Information screen has been added and is located under the Setup menu. This indicates how many licenses your organization is authorized to run. The software will look to this information when it is launched to aid you in conforming to your license agreements.
- Added searching capability for invoices when running the Customer Payments command from the menu. The command now allows you to search for an invoice by several fields, including invoice number, customer ID, date, sales person, company, zip, phone number and more.
- You are now able to locate Purchase Orders to manage by date, Vendor, PO number, etc.
- Cleaner User Interface
- A separate shipping address for customers has been added. All report templates have been updated to reflect the addition.
- Customer addresses now contain a field for Country. All report templates have been updated to reflect the addition.
- Customer phone number has been added to the Manage Invoice screen and also to the default Invoice report template
- With this version of Small Business Inventory Control, we have switched over to a new help system that will enable us to keep documentation up to date with the software changes in a more timely fashion
- Sometimes an erroneous error stating "You must enter an integer" would appear on the Assemble Final Products Screen. This problem has been fixed.
- Several minor defects that existed in the previous version have been corrected for this version
